I. Who is Dissentient? 

Dissentient or [DIS] is a tight-knit Guild Wars 2 community that focuses on advanced tactics in WvW and dungeon running. II. Do you have excepted player conduct or rules?

Racism, sexism, or any discriminatory remarks or trolling will not be tolerated. We understand jokes are jokes, but it’s very clear when the line is crossed. The full list of rules can be accessed under About Us > Rules or for your convenience, you may click here. 

III. How do I join Dissentient? 

Joining Dissentient is easy! All you need to do is fill out the registration application on our site at join.dissentient.org. After you register, you will be asked to verify your email and then an officer will review your application. You will recieve an email with our decision within 24 hours. If accepted, you will then recieve an invite to Dissentient in game. 

IV. Do you have mumble?

Yes we do! We have a very active mumble community and we ask that members at the very least listen to mumble during organized guild pushes. Our mumble details can be found here. 

V. Do you have organized guild WvW Pushes?

Most nights WvW pushes will be smaller and informal, as people drift in and out. Members are encouraged to step up and volunteer to lead these pushes. We are going to have several big pushes too, where everyone in the guild can get organized. These big pushes will occur: (All times are in PST)
Friday WvW Frenzy: 4:00p (Server reset)
Saturday WvW Night Fever: 4:00p
Monday WvW Madness: 6:00p
Wednesday WvW Wonder: 6:00p

VI. Are there any requirements for these pushes?

We ask that members at the very least listen to mumble during organized guild pushes. This enables us to be more coordinated and react quickly when needed. We also ask that members sign up for the guild pushes so we can place them in groups for organization. The most current sign up form will always be published in the slideshow on our homepage. 

VII. Do you hold any non WvW events??

Yes we do, we also hold three to four PvE events a week. (All times are in PST)

Tuesday: 6:00p (dungeon nights, fractals, jumping puzzle, etc, on rotation)

Thursday Legendary Hearts Club Warband: 6:00p

Slurrrrred Saturday: 19:30p (every 2 weeks)

Sunday: 4:00p (dungeon nights, fractals, jumping puzzle, etc, on rotation)

VIII. How do I get access to PvP Discussions?

We take our PvP seriously and thus do not want our strategies to be on the open domain for everyone to see. Getting access is quite easy though. Once you're registration has been accepted, you should see a new section in our forums.
